We don’t resell someone else’s sewing. Fabric, cutting, sewing, control and packing — inside one factory in Uzbekistan. That’s why we answer for both the deadlines and the quality of the batch.

Full cycle at our own factory
From the roll of jersey to the packed box — everything is in-house. So we answer for the deadlines and the quality of every batch instead of forwarding the question to a contractor.
01Fabric
Cotton jersey, our own colour charts for the season collection. Every fabric batch is checked before cutting.
02Cutting
Our own patterns for every size from 0 to 16. Spreading and automatic cutting — sizes repeat from batch to batch.
03Sewing
Lines by category: underwear, jersey, outer layer. Capacity — 3–5 million pieces a year.
04Quality control
Every batch is checked for seams, fit and sizing before packing. Defects don’t make it into the shipment.
05Packing and shipping
Assembled by size run, boxes labelled, handed to the carrier.
Quality
What we check on every batch
Fabric before cutting
Each jersey batch is tested for density, shrinkage and colour fastness before it reaches the cutting table.
Fit per size
Every size in the range is sewn from its own pattern, not scaled from the middle one. That’s why a 104 fits like a 104.
Seams and hardware
Flat seams where the garment touches skin. Snaps and zips are tested for pull strength — children’s clothes live in the wash and at play.
Assortment
Before packing, the batch is recounted by size run so a box doesn’t end up with six 92s and no 110.
